As a certified Yoga Teacher with over a decade of personal practice and more than 700 hours of Yoga Alliance trainings, I offer a variety of yoga experiences in private or group settings, both online and offline.

Hatha Yoga

A foundational practice of yoga with an emphasis on physical postures (asanas) and breath control to foster a balanced union of body and mind.

vinyasa yoga

A style of yoga where you flow between poses, synchronizing breath with movement. Often a dynamic and invigorating practice where you tap into creativity.

Yoga nidra

The most relaxing style of yoga, also known as yogic sleep. It’s a meditative practice that brings profound relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace.

hormonal yoga

A therapeutic practice that balances and regulates hormone levels in the body. It stimulates the endocrine glands and alleviates symptoms of hormonal imbalances.

yin yoga

A slow-paced practice targeting deep connective tissues through long-held poses, promoting relaxation, release of tension and flexibility.

himalayan kundalini yoga

This type of yoga is unbelievably powerful. It invokes a strong flow of energy from your system by combining kriyas, asanas, meditation, pranayama and relaxation.
