Holistic health coaching is a personalized and integrative approach to well-being that considers the interconnectedness of various aspects of one's life, including physical health, nutrition, exercise, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, as well as lifestyle factors and the environment.

In holistic health coaching, an individual is viewed as a whole, integrated being and every aspect is interconnected.

Your balance changes every day, each season and each year. It’s all about finding equilibrium in the present moment and time, and I am here to help you do it.

*I do not diagnose, treat or cure. I use various tools, resources, and eastern healing methods to help support your body as a whole, and bring it back to its natural form of healing.
